Strategic communications

This course provides participants with the tools to build communications strategies that align with institutional goals and stakeholder expectations. Participants will explore strategic planning models, key message development, audience segmentation, and the use of integrated communication channels. The course includes case studies and simulations to apply strategy to real-world scenarios. By the end of the course, learners will be able to draft and execute a strategic communication plan and measure its impact. This training is designed to enhance the flow of information and strengthen alignment within organizations. Participants will learn how to build internal communication frameworks that support transparency, employee engagement, and change management.
